In a hilarious video from Instagram user @therealfrenchprince, a mini Frenchie named Prince launches into a full set of zoomies around the living room. He sprints in circles as if he is running a victory lap — until he fights the furniture. The video includes the on-screen text, “POV My dog doesn’t understand the concept of solid objects,” and honestly, Prince does nothing to argue with that.

Owner proves Frenchie lacks understanding of solid objects

In the video from @therealfrenchprince, the adorable Frenchie starts by running in a circle as he tears past the couch at full speed, smacking into it sideways without even attempting to slow down. With his tongue out and eyes wide, he keeps going like the crash never happened.

Seconds later, Prince aims straight for a large bean bag chair and crashes into it headfirst, with the hit flipping him into a tumble, as he ends up upside down for a moment before he plops to the floor.

Then, Prince pops back up and runs straight toward his owner with that same tongue-out, “I don’t know what is happening” look. The video ends with a close-up of his face, making the whole scene even funnier — his eyes extra animated, as if his own choices in life shock him.

Zoomies usually look ridiculous because they are. Dogs often get sudden bursts of energy and excitement, and once they hit that top speed, there is no going back. This particular pup, for his part, runs first and processes later — and he seems okay with it. He may not respect solid objects, but he does commit to the zoomies.

Meanwhile, viewers in the comments loved the show, as evidenced by the 2.7 million likes. Some joked that he is “testing the limits of the simulation,” while others said he looked like he was “looking everywhere but straight in front of him,” while many agreed there was “not a single thought” behind those eyes.
