Moon, a dog with very expressive eyes, has become a star after her parents confronted her about her alleged boyfriend in a hilarious Instagram video from user @moon_the_pittie. The video starts with Dad trying to get answers from the Pit Bull. Moon sits right in front of him on the couch, looking innocent enough, until he drops the name that apparently gives her away. Dad asks, “Who’s Gray?” and Moon cannot get away.
Dog reacts when dad mentions boyfriend’s name
Moon’s mom records the video while the dog tries to hide the fact that she has a boyfriend, jumping in with “Is Gray your boyfriend? Did he get you a necklace?” Dad, who is clearly stunned by this new information, asks, “Gray is your boyfriend? You have a boyfriend? His name is Gray?”
That’s when Moon’s body language changes. She lets out a small whine, turns her head, and avoids eye contact with Dad like she suddenly remembered a task on the other side of the room. Then she locks eyes with Mom, staring at her as if Mom just ratted her out.
Mom can’t help laughing with “Oh, my gosh!” Dad, still not convinced Moon can play it off, asks, “Are you acting like you don’t know who that is?” But Mom continues telling on her, saying, “We saw the necklace and the plushie he got you.” Meanwhile, Dad shakes his head.
Mom politely asks, “When are we gonna get to meet him?” but Moon’s Dad responds like any other Dad would, telling her, “You’re too young to date.” Mom agrees and reminds Moon, “Well, you’re about to be four. No dating.”
Viewers loved the Pit Bull‘s “busted” face. Someone said, “The same looks I get from my human child when I question him ?.” Meanwhile, many commenters noted Moon’s stare at Mom, basically translating it as, “Please stop talking,” as one said, “Hey hey some things should stay private mom!!! Geez what the heck????? Rude!!!!” And honestly, the dog in this video did not seem ready to tell Dad about her boyfriend.
