Dog tries to act like nothing happened after she gets caught
In the video, the owner softly scolds the rescue dog, asking her if Marge caused the messy bed, but it did not really sound like scolding at all. He asks, “Marge, what happened to my bed?” Then, he calls her out, asking, “Were you making a nest in here again?”
The dog dad then explains Marge’s routine for anyone new to her antics, saying, “Sometimes Margie likes to paw the covers and make herself a little nest,” further asking the dog, “Are you burrowing for the winter? You making a bear hibernation? Is that what you’re doing?”
After pointing out, “You done messed up my bed, ma’am,” he asks her to fix it. He says, “Okay, make my bed now, please. Go on, make it,” before joking in Marge’s voice: “‘Dad, I don’t have any thumbs. I don’t know how to make a bed.’”
Marge’s response stays silent, but when she gives him a squinty look, he notices right away. He asks, “You gave me the squint eye, huh? Because I’m scolding you?” immediately showering her with pets and backing off with, “Oh, sorry.”
By the end, he gives Marge full permission to enjoy her “nest.” He says, “Okay, you go get your hibernation on. It’s chilly out today. Okay, good night, Marge.”
